THE CLEAR POSITION OF THE HELLENES

A MESSAGE TO ALL CITIZENS OF THE PLANET TO INFORM THEM THAT THE
DECISIONS TAKEN
BY THE GREEK GOVERNMENT (a private corporation Ltd.) IS NOT MADE BY THE HELLENE PEOPLE. GREECE IS UNDER OCCUPATION.
In a public statement, the Prime Minister of Greece Mr. Mitsotakis, disrespecting the Hellene citizens said: "I deliberately harmed Greece and the Hellene people by sending weapons to Ukraine". An unprecedented declaration of admission, essentially a criminal act against the security of the country, and by extension, the security of all Hellene citizens by insulting Democracy itself.
The spokesperson of the C.A.R. Abroad, Mr. Themistoklis Ioakimidis proceeded with heavy characterisations and accusations against the government of New Democracy and against all the governments that passed through the helm of the country. He declared these administrations illegal and abusive, and after thorough investigation by "Ellinon Syneleysis” to find the FEK (Official Government Gazette) that forms the parliament into a legal body each time a new government assumes governance, no such FEK was found.
The result of the investigation demonstrates the extent of the illegality and lawlessness that is happening to the Hellenes and the interests of Greece since no such FEK was found for any of the Governments that administered the country. The FEK (Law of the State) under the Constitution is the document that legalises the Government, giving it the power of law and the validity of signing in the name of the Hellenic Nation. Such a document does not exist. Therefore, this nullifies all their actions on all matters thus far.
This is true for all governments who assumed governance thus far. It
is a serious accusation that cannot and must not go unnoticed by any Hellene
citizen, certainly by our partners in the EU and any other player large or small,
institutional or other, domestic or international as well as any business group
etc., who contracted agreements, signed contracts, participated in Treaties
etc.
The message is clear and it is addressed to everyone and everything.
